Ocean's 8 (2018) ---just some reactions

Five years, eight months, 12 days and counting -- that's how long Debbie Ocean has been devising the biggest heist of her life. She knows what it's going to take -- a team of the best people in the field, starting with her partner-in-crime Lou Miller. Together, they recruit a crew of specialists, including jeweler Amita, street con Constance, suburban mom Tammy, hacker Nine Ball, and fashion designer Rose. Their target -- a necklace that's worth more than $150 million.-WWW

JUST SOME REACTIONS ABOUT THE MOVIE
For a month or so I have been writing about movies I watched a long time ago and old movies I watched again.  OCEAN'S 8 is neither of the two.  I enjoyed the film, yes.  I even laughed and said, "Good for him.  Obtuvo lo que se merece¡Es un idiota!"

That's not good.  Why was I happy that they did all those bad things?  If those things happened to me, I'll get enraged.

It's a hit, I know, but somehow I found Escape Plan 2 having more morals and lessons.  I guess you know what I'm talking about or maybe not.

I just felt so guilty laughing and cheering when I know what I felt when someone slashed my bag and almost got my things.  I was shaken.  Months later, the thieves were successful, and I was distraught for the longest time.  That was just a few thousands of our currency compared to the millions of dollars they got.

I did a lot of introspection so I almost did not make a blog entry specifically describing the movie.  It may be pretty exciting, but it's wrong.  It's not even funny at all, that is if I think too much.  Thankfully, I zoned myself into the movie and just enjoyed it, so here I am blogging about it.

My mouth's agape because Cartier allowed the brand to be in a vulnerable state.  Is it because negative publicity is still publicity?  Aren't they afraid what people think?  It's so believable.

I guess by allowing this work of fiction use their brand, people would trust them more because of their generosity.  At the same time, I found them to be brave.  Vogue too.

Oceans' 8 Had A Lot Of Help From The Fashion World

Hats off to the MET people for allowing this story to happen.  After all it's a work of fiction and a sure hit, even if it's not the women empowerment movement that we need.  After all, a lot of landmarks have been destroyed in other movies and we still enjoy watching them and their sequels.

After the movie I wished hard that Danny Ocean would still be alive.  Am I crazy or what?  After all the introspection I'm wishing that Danny Ocean would be alive?  He's one of the producers.  It is very possible and plausible.

Maybe wanting him to be alive is because I want some redeeming factors for all them. Or something like what Robin Hood would do, perhaps?

Let's just wait and see.
