I am NOT a critic. I'm merely an observer. (Books, movies, plays, musicals etc.)

From imdb Director: Scott Smith Writers: Susan Isaacs ( book ), Jon Maas (screenplay) Stars: Wendie Malick as Audrey Gregory Harrison as David  Martha Burns as Phyllis Andrea Martin as Anita Adam DiMarco as Alex Barclay Hope as Michael Ona Grauer as Christine Matt Ward as JJ Gary Chalk as Sgt. Mulligan Paul Jarrett as Carter Where was I when this was first shown?  This is a movie I could watch again and again and again.  I just have one major complaint.  Why did GREGORY HARRISON only appear towards the last third of the movie?  Why?  Mr. Harrison is like fine wine.  He has improved with age...gracefully. WENDIE MALLICK was already past 62 years old when this was shown, and she was still hot, hot, hot.   The story was based from a best selling author's novel of the same title, and the script was written with great dialogue and action. Whirlwind romances work...sometimes! DESIGNING WOMAN Starring Gregory Peck and Lauren Bacall Source Lauren Bacall has her own charms, of course.  She is very elegant and she is good to look at.   Probably, she's not drop dead gorgeous , but she is definitely beautiful. Boy, she could also act.  She was fantastic in this movie and was a natural as Marilla Brown. Gregory Peck is a dashing debonair.  He is one of the most handsome people of all time and thankfully, he could also act.  Here, he was good, but in my opinion, Ms. Bacall acted better, but who cares? It's Gregory Peck.  His tantalizing eyes are enough and when the camera focuses on him, he is a joy to look at. The story was written by George Wells  and was directed by Vincente Minnelli I enjoyed watching this film because of the story, the turn of events and the outcome. It was told in multiple points-of-view and that made it more interesting. It is funny....
