The Unmarried Wife (2016)

Source Two years ago I was supposed to watch this with a friend, and I waited for her to set a schedule because she's the one who gave me the idea that this was a great movie to watch.  Days passed then it was not showing anywhere near anymore.  I told myself I would just wait for it to be available online or something. Just recently ABS-CBN promoted this movie again, so I got interested.   Honestly, I've read a review saying that it was " competent but conventional ".  When I watched the movie all I could tell myself is that I like it. I do agree with some parts, but maybe, just maybe because I am a woman, I have a different view on things.  I respect the writer's opinion/s nevertheless. ❤❤❤ Sometimes we become the people we hate.  We judge people, but when the same thing happens to us, we either understand or forget that we were once at the other end of the rope. I love Keiko Aquino's story and I like how it was presented...

She's The One 2013

#ShesTheOne Falling in love with your best friend is very ideal, but I also believe that women and men can be friends without benefits...without malice.  There's the friendship of Saints Francis and Claire of Assisi and some modern day platonic relationships that last a lifetime.  I have my own best guy friend.  Yes, I did have a crush on him two(2) decades ago, but I've been over the feeling for ages.   Even  if we rarely see each other, he's still my best guy friend in the whole wide world, but if ever I do get married, he'll be my second best guy friend...of course! Best relationships are still those that were born from friendship, but there are friendships that end when mixed with passion or strong love. When SHE'S THE ONE's first trailer was shown on the big screen, at least to my knowledge, I felt like cringing.  Another best friend falls in love with his/her best friend story.  I've enjoyed a lot of those types of movies, ...

http://www.starcinema.com.ph/ Director :  Jerry Lopez Sineneng Running time :  120 minutes Screenplay :  Karen Ramos ,  Vanessa R. Valdez Story by :  Karen Ramos ,  Dang Bagas ,  Vanessa R. Valdez Before watching this movie I heard a lot people say that they couldn't imagine a person with Germanic features could be siblings with someone with Asian features.  Well, I have "news" for you. It's possible.  I know, because I belong to a family like that.  Maybe not my immediate family, but my mom's side of the family is like that. We have different features. Some look Spanish, some look like Germans, some look like Chinese and the list goes on.  Since the story was tailor-made for the new generation's Mara Clara teen stars, Kathryn Bernardo and Julia Montes, the casting director chose their parents to be Tonton Gutierrez and Agot Isidro.  Tonton could pass as Julia's dad and Agot could pass as ...

This film reunites Alonzo and Milby; the previous being Close to You (2006). The film is directed by Laurenti Dyogi, and celebrates the 16th year of Star Cinema films. The film describes the feeling of forbidden love for another person when that love may not be forbidden at all.- Wikipedia   A Story about LOVE, LOSS, and LETTING GO.   I recommend this movie to people who could not accept the loss of their loved ones; to persons who cannot let go of the ones they love; to people who are unhealthily attached to people and things that remind them of those people; to people who need to move on, but can't; to EVERYONE. (source) It was a dream come true. LOL  Sam Milby was calling MY name.  He was shouting it while chasing...well, not me, but Bea Alonzo's character, Lara Cruz.  It was music to my ...
