EAT, PLAY, LOVE(2017)

Veterinarian Dr. Carly Monroe secretly loves Dan, the owner of a dog shelter. Unfortunately, Dan is about to marry his glamorous girlfriend and move to New York.

Joel Canfield and Lisa Canfield

  • A dog person cannot marry a person who hates dogs.  Marrying someone who hates dogs is just so wrong. Thankfully, the female protagonist here is a vet and she also loves dogs.  Even if the guy protagonist here talks in riddles, I'm just glad that the girl here is somewhat vocal about her feelings, et cetera.

  • It's refreshing to see Lee Majors and Lindsay Wagner in this movie.  At first I thought Lee Majors was Jon Voight, but when I found out I was wrong, my excitement went a notch higher.

  • The Six Million Dollar Man(if this series were done today, I don't think Six Million would be enough) and The Bionic Woman are cyborgs in this movie.  Kidding.  They play two people who like one dog, a Collie named Prince.  Lee Majors plays Dr. Monroe, Carly's grandpa who has been alone for quite sometime now and Lindsay Wagner plays a widow ready to move on.  They bond while Prince still couldn't decide whom to pick.

  • Darling Gidget plays Beasley, a dog who adores both Dan and Carly.  She kinda brings them back together again.

This movie made for TV is a show that is for all ages and for dog lovers.

If you love dogs, then this movie is for you.
