The Delucas and the Baldwins are longtime rivals in business, but not enemies.  They have, at the very least, been civil with one another.  In the not so distant past, they almost merged because of Frankie and Nate, but as these kind of stories go, something happened along the way to keep them apart. When finally they see each other again, this is where their actually begins.
