JASON PAUL LAXAMA'S BETWEEN MAYBES(2019) starring Julia Barretto and Gerald Anderson

Image
From Google Images Written and Directed by JASON PAUL LAXAMANA From Cosmopolitan Philippines via Julia Barretto A son of deported OFWs meets a once famous child star, now 21, who is running away from all her problems, in a beautiful place in Japan where there are almost no other Filipinos #JuliaBarretto #GeraldAnderson #SagaJapan #BetweenMaybes #JasonPaulLaxama #YayoAguila #ChristianVasquez #RyleSantiago source Spoiler?  Not really.   BETWEEN MAYBES is a pleasant surprise.  Who would've thought GERALD ANDERSON and JULIA BARRETTO would have believable moments together, and have great chemistry?  Both are gorgeous, and both of them can really act, so why didn't we ever imagine that they could have a movie together where they play each other's love interest?  The age difference?  Maybe, but I think that's not it.   Instead of overthinking or overanalysing this, let's just be grateful that "they" though...

Paglipad Ng Anghel/Flight of An Angel (2011)

Source It's not as if Gabby is sinless.  He occasionally cusses, he drinks alcohol, he has a temper and he does get those urges like a normal human being has, but his wings just grew and grew after the old lady he helped died in the Monastery. One time, he even had sex with some conniving serpent, for her career advancement.  God looked beyond that and let him keep his wings. De La Salle University celebrated its Centennial Year with PAGLIPAD NG ANGHEL as one of its offerings.  It was beautifully made, as directed by Dr. Clodualdo Del Mundo, Jr. I really have no idea if this was released commercially, but it looked like it was done by professionals. The actors are all perfect for their respective roles and it wasn't that predictable. 🎬🎬🎬🎥🎥🎥🎬🎬🎬 Written and Directed by Dr. Clodualdo Del Mundo, Jr. CAST from imdb : Sid Lucero ... Wildflower's Wildest Ending (Tutok na tutok) ABS-CBN

Image
Crime and other evils still exist, but the innate goodness in man prevails. The ending wasn't as wild as I imagined it to be because among all Wildflower episodes, nothing beats the helicopter scene where Maja Salvador kept on convincing herself that she is NOT Maja, but Lily Cruz and she successfully made the scene more beautiful than her gorgeous face. At any rate, they were successful in making the whole week not so predictable.  The dialogues were still exaggerated, but like what they said, it was on purpose, and it works. On the Live FB feed, thousands of people watched it along with the cast. Did I like the ending? I like and love it.  It's like a quieting song and so what if the other scenes were anticlimactic?   At least we didn't get heart attacks or something. I like that Emilia had a redeeming factor and Julio got his just deserts. Kudos to EVERYONE involved in this project. All the best to you all!   #Barcelo...

Wild Flower (only more than a week to go) SPG (Abs-Cbn)

Ven Abrenica, Maja Salvador, Joseph Marco and RK Bagatsing ( source ) Developed by Direk Ruel S. Bayani  Created by Willy Laconsay Writers: Carmela L. Abaygar Jones Castro Thea Magbanua Edeline Romero Carol Navarro Melchor Escarcha Arlene Tamayo Directors: Onat Diaz Raymund Ocampo Cathy Camarillo Digo Ricio Jerome Pobocan Roderick P. Lindayag Genre: Action/Drama/Romance Except for the 1960's Batman style exaggerated dialogue when they are about to kill each other(they really mean for it to be that  way...to reiterate, they do it on purpose), the story is actually a good one for prime time, but if I were to choose a time slot, I would put it around 9:30 PM, when the younger kids are sound asleep. It's not enough to put SPG(Strong/Strict Parental Guidance) because a lot of scenes are really traumatising and the truth of the matter is, whether a young kid has a television or not, he or she would have access to it if a nei...
