The Best of Me(2014)/Accidental Love(2015)

2 James Marden flicks I've seen the same day(8 February 2016) It's the Lunar New Year and you would think I would watch something Asian, but no.  I watched two James Marden movies and I must say that I am convinced that the guy is a chameleon. I've seen the first one by "accident".  I was channel surfing because I was stumped then I saw that THE BEST OF ME(2014) was playing on Star Movies.  I wanted to watch this the year it was released, but I was too busy.  When I was freer, it was not playing anymore. :-(  I was not fortunate to read the novel by Nicholas Sparks, but since I knew it was something from him, I tried to guess who was going to die.  Later I learned through Wikipedia that there's an alternate ending for those people who hate tragedies. X-men: Days of Future Past (2014)

Image
Finally, the long wait is over. We were able to watch X-Men: Days of Future Past. This connects X-Men: THE LAST STAND and X-Men FIRST CLASS to a brand new dimension.  The story was beautifully weaved and the acting was very convincing.  The special effects was stupendous.  If ever there were goofs, only the super keen would notice them. Reviews?   Thoughts on Eric's power, Raven's rage, Wolverine's awesomeness, Beast's strength, et cetera?   Well,  I'll leave them to the experts.  All I know is that I enjoyed watching this very much and I wouldn't mind watching it again. ;-)   There's just one complaint from the three of us that watched this at the same time.  We were all dizzy when the movie was over.   Oh well, we were so into it! ;-) Forbes Thought Of The Day “  We are rich only through what we give: and poor only through what we refuse and keep. ” — Anne Swetchine F...
