Bullying is a very serious matter and it shouldn't be taken lightly.  The bully here really has no excuse.  Everyone gets hurt and all of us undergo something one way or another, but the writers made it a point that at the very least we would know where she's coming from.  

The girl being bullied has the bigger heart.  She doesn't necessarily have the better voice, but because she sings from the heart, it resonates to the highest heavens.

It's Christmas, of course the person singing should not be an angry person, and if that person does have problems, it shouldn't show.

PIPPA MACKIE and KAYLA WALLACE gave justice to the characters named Charlotte and MJ, but I must say that during the last leg of the movie, MJ's smile seemed forced, but on the other hand, I think that's but natural.  No one changes overnight.  It's a step by step process.

Now, regarding the two pairs of lovebirds.  I think I'll start with the younger pair.

I think it's good that they thought those two should be together.

Now regarding the dad of MJ(JONATHAN SCARFE) and the mom of Charlotte(KELLI WILLIAMS)... I think they have good chemistry.  I love that they easily felt at home with each other.  True, there was some kind of conflict, but the girl didn't play hard to get and the guy wasn't tongue-tied or anything.  The good thing about it was that they were able to have good conversations leading them to get to know each other more and more.

Oh, I love MJ's Uncle Pete(ALLISTAIR ABELL) and Charlotte's friends(RICKY HE and NAIKA TOUSSAINT). The cupids were good too(LUCIE GUEST as Christina, the Vet's assistant and JANET GLASSFORD as Lisa, the store owner).

How do I describe this movie without giving spoilers?  Hmm.  Let me think.  Ah, I think I know how.  Directed by Gino M.
