The story is good, and so is the teleplay.  It did justice to Margot Dalton's novel, and it could have been sold or pitched as a movie for the Silver Screen.

There were minor flaws, but I like the way how it was acted.  The flashbacks were not confusing, and the scenes at the beach and the cabin were beautiful.

JUSTINE BATEMAN was around 27-28 when this was filmed, and she played the role like she was born to do it. She was Lisa Temple.  She is Lisa Temple.

PETER OUTERBRIDGE was extra handsome as Paul Temple.  Paul was very young when he took over the family business, and Peter did good in convincing us...well, me, at the very least, that he was really Paul Temple.

AMY STEWART is Paul's teenage sister, Bonnie.  She's young, beautiful and very charming, but she is also very pained.  Amy was able to convey all of Bonnie's emotions to us.  We understood Bonnie because of her.

Also commendable are JACKIE RICHARDSON as Anna, the housekeeper who is very much part of the family, and DIANA BELSHAW as Nurse Doris.

The rest did good as well.
