May advocacy po ‘yung series namin na habang nanonood ‘yung mga kabataan natututo rin sila how to handle their finances, at the same time makaka-relate din sila kung paano nila hahanapin yung pagkatao nila, kung paano sila hahanap ng trabaho, ‘so ‘yung pinagdadadaanan po talaga ng mga millenials,” Shaina shared.- Please read the whole Rappler article by Precious Del Valle by clicking her name

My parents and I don't watch the series because we don't have Cinema One in the house we're now living in, but we are aware of the series, so when we heard there is a movie that was about to be released soon, we told ourselves that we would definitely support it.

The sad thing was that it was only shown in few cinemas and at odd times.  When we watched this movie this afternoon, we had the whole SM Director's Club Cinema 2 to ourselves.  Only the three of us watched this movie that did not candy coat anything.  If they did, we didn't notice.

It dealt with finances, young love, marriage, living-in together, dealing with exes, post partum depression, hormones, millennial life, LGBTQ and all of those other realities in life.

It's not the best film there is, but it was written, acted and directed well.

Joee, Joey, the ninangs and everyone involved in their lives are good people to meet, no matter how broken they all are.  Perhaps it's because they are just like you and me. Yes, that's how real it is.
