In “Just The Way You Are,” Candace Cameron Bure stars as Jennie Wreitz, a successful matchmaker who’s suddenly lost the spark in her own marriage after 15 years. With their union about to fall apart, Jennie insists her husband Ian goes on a blind date—with her! By rediscovering each other as “newly-mets,” they get a second chance to fall in love for the first time all over again.-Hallmark

Two beautiful CANDACE CAMERON BURE movies, one set during the Christmas Season, and another during the month of May.

Both movies are heartwarming.  A SHOE ADDICT'S CHRISTMAS is a modern retelling or reimagining of Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol, and JUST THE WAY YOU ARE is about reigniting a flame that is almost gone, and of course, about family, et cetera.

Both movies are about the choices we make.  One is more realistic than the other, but both make us realise the importance of our choices, and the paths we take.

Unlike many of the Hallmark Movies, Just The Way You Are has a lot of sweet moments between the couple.

In A Shoe Addict's Christmas, Bure and Macfarlane look like they are really falling in love, or are growing in love with one another.  In real life, as I mentioned before, Macfarlane is not straight, but he is convincingly straight here.

I will continue supporting Mr. Macfarlane as a leading man because he is a darn good actor.

Anyways, since I don't want to give away spoilers for both movies, I'll just end this blog entry now.

Thanks for your time!  :-)
