From the Father Christmas series by ROBIN JONES GUNN

The Father Christmas trilogy by Ms. Gunn was originally set in London and Carlton Heath, England, but Hallmark changed the setting to New England(Massachusetts and Vermont).  In the TV trilogy, Miranda hails from Seattle, Washington, but finds herself looking for her dad in Carlton Heath, which is a fictitious town in Vermont.  In the book, Miranda comes from San Francisco, California.

The Author, Ms. Gunn, was there to supervise everything, so even with the change of scenery, surnames, et cetera, you won't be saying to yourself that this is a totally different story or different stories for that matter.

There were still some challenges like cast availability or whatever else, so a couple of the actors had to be changed along the way, and important characters just disappeared from the story, but all in all, the trilogy is one of the best trilogies of Hallmark, if not the best.

ERIN KRAKOW and NIALL MATTER should have other projects together.

Well, I won't make a roll call anymore.

I just simply love it.
