First things first: This is NOT for the conservative or for those who only watch movies that promote Christian values.

So now that is out of the way, I will talk about what I think about the movie.

Yes, I don't share any of the characters' values(Maybe I'm a little like Lou(LOGAN LERMAN), but, not exactly.), but each of the character's personalities are deep, and their reasons for being who they are different, but if you get to really "meet" them, you would understand those reasons.

The movie is well-written and well-directed by JOSH BOONE.  This was the first film he ever directed, so it's pretty impressive.  The actors were carefully chosen by TRACY KILPATRICK and JOHN PAPSIDERA.


THE VERY CONVINCING CAST:

GREG KINNEAR, JENNIFER CONNELLY, LILY COLLINS, NAT WOLFF, LIANA LIBERATO, PATRICK SCHWARZENEGGER, SPENCER BRESLIN, KRISTEN BELL, RUSTY JOINER, Logan Lerman, and (featuring) STEPHEN KING(as himself---his works are mentioned a lot and showcased too)

If you are not ultra conservative, then you shouldn't miss this movie.
