(soource)
Charlie Carrick as Kent and Kirsten Prout as Sarah

A former sorority girl (Kirsten Prout), longing for her old, fun college days, decides to take a job as house mother to her former college chapter, only to find that it is in shambles. The handsome Dean of Student Affairs (Charlie Carrick) tells her she must turn the chapter around before the national organization yanks their charter and they will no longer be allowed on campus. As she works with the girls, she realizes she needs to be the grown up and help these young women discover their true potential. With the help of the Dean she comes up with a way to save the chapter and falls in love in the process.-PixL

House Bunny(HB), I think, is the closest story I could think of to compare this movie with, but it's very different.  HB is about a Playboy Bunny turned Housemother and this movie is about an alumna who was already in the real world, so to speak, but missed the Kappa Beta days so she decided to give her old house a visit, but she was disappointed with what she saw, so she applied as the Housemother.

Anyways, in the midst of it all, she finds love.

Did I like it?

Yes.

Charlie Carrick and Kirsten Prout have good chemistry.  I like Kappa Beta girls too.

I think that's all I have to say.

:-)
