Initial release: 16 November 2017 (Denmark) Director: Zack Snyder Film series: Justice League Film Series
No. I won't lie. I did enjoy this film and had fun watching it with my family. We like it the way it is. If we did not know Mr. Snyder's "thoughts", we would be content with it. Now that we know, I want to see how Zack Snyder envisioned it. If you click the link above, there'll be spoilers, but it's interesting to note all that. Whedon of Avengers fame, changed some of the dialogue.
Zack Snyder's Director's Cut and Tom Holkenborg's (Junkie XL) Score for Home Release.

CAST FROM WIKIPEDIA with some comments from me:
- Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne / Batman:The leader and benefactor of the Justice League, and a wealthy socialite and the owner of Wayne Enterprises, who also dedicates himself to protecting Gotham City from its criminal underworld as a highly trained, masked vigilante equipped with many powerful tools and weapons. ---he is an ageing Batman here. He is still very handsome and I honestly don't get why people didn't want him to portray the wealthy hero whose superpower is being rich.
- Henry Cavill as Clark Kent / Superman:A member of the Justice League and a Kryptonian survivor and journalist for the Daily Planet based in Metropolis who gains superhuman abilities under a yellow sun, who was presumed dead after the events of Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. In February 2016, Cavill announced on social media that he had already started exercising for the film in advance of principal photography.
and being the Man of Steel, a misnomer
according to my nephew, is tailor-made for him.
- Amy Adams as Lois Lane:An undaunted and compassionate award-winning journalist for the Daily Planet and the love interest for Kent.
Hers is one of the best portrayals
of the characters, if not the best.
- Gal Gadot as Diana Prince / Wonder Woman:A member of the Justice League and an antiquities dealer and acquaintance of Wayne who is actually an immortal Amazonian warrior that is the crown princess of Themyscira and daughter of Hippolyta and Zeus, who possesses superhuman attributes and abilities inherited from her parents.--Gal Gadot really IS Wonder Woman. Not just beautiful and sexy, but very strong too.
- Ezra Miller as Barry Allen / Flash:A member of the Justice League and a Central City University student, who can move at superhuman speeds with his ability to tap into the Speed Force.---HIs portrayal of Barry Allen is the most hyper one...very, very far from his being Credence Barebone in FANTASTIC BEASTS AND WHERE TO FIND THEM. It simply means this young man is very versatile.
- Jason Momoa as Arthur Curry / Aquaman:A member of the Justice League and the heir to the throne of the undersea nation of Atlantis, whose meta-human aquatic abilities and superhuman physical attributes originate from his Atlantean physiology.---Honestly, I thought I wouldn't like him being Aquaman, but I am glad I was wrong.
- Ray Fisher as Victor Stone / Cyborg:A member of the Justice League and a former college athlete who, after being cybernetically reconstructed after a nearly fatal car accident, has powers that allow him to fly, turn his arms into cannons, and to manipulate technology. Fisher portrays the character through the use of motion capture for the cybernetic portion of his body.
- Jeremy Irons as Alfred Pennyworth: Wayne's butler, chief of security, and trusted confidant.
plays a supporting role, it makes
one respect him more. Even if it is indeed
a supporting character, he did not give
a half-baked performance.
- Diane Lane as Martha Kent: Kent's adoptive mother.
she was made to look older,
but she's one of my favourite
Martha Kents ever.
- Connie Nielsen as Hippolyta: Prince's mother and the Amazonian queen.-She should have a backstory too...
- J. K. Simmons as James Gordon: The Commissioner of the Gotham City Police Department and close ally of Batman.---My nephew said this is J.K. Simmons' dream role, and I think he did well.
- Ciarán Hinds as Steppenwolf: The alien military officer from Apokolips who leads an army of Parademons, and is searching for the three Mother Boxes held on Earth. The character is described as "old, tired" and trying to find a way to escape his role of servitude under his nephew, Darkseid. Hinds portrayed the villain through use of motion capture and received some advice in the process from Liam Neeson, who had recently done similar work in A Monster Calls.-His role reminds me of that
Joe Morton and David Thewlis reprise their roles from previous films as Silas Stone, a scientist at S.T.A.R. Labs and Victor Stone's father, and Ares, the son of Zeus and half-brother of Diana, respectively. Amber Heard and Billy Crudup portray the characters Mera and Henry Allen, respectively.Robin Wright, Willem Dafoe and Kiersey Clemons were originally cast to portray Antiope, Nuidis Vulko and Iris West, only for their roles to be cut from the final film. Julian Lewis Jones portrays King Atlan, the king of Atlantis, while Michael McElhatton appears as a human bank robber who clashes with Wonder Woman early in the film. Marc McClure, who portrayed Jimmy Olsen in the Richard Donner Superman films, has a cameo as a police officer.Joe Manganiello and Jesse Eisenberg appear in a post-credit scene as Slade Wilson / Deathstroke and Lex Luthor, respectively.
