These blog entries are MOSTLY just how I felt after watching the play, musical, concert or TV show, a product I like or things I have read. If I have not at least one good thing to say, then you wouldn't see anything written about it here. Oh, btw, I would seldom(not never) write about blockbusters even if I love them starting today(26 June 2019) just because. :-)
Also from Wikipedia: Becca (Nadine Lustre) thought that she had everything she could wish for in her life, until Nikko (James Reid) broke up with her. Everything in her life starts to fall apart. To recover, she started writing a story about Ryan (Inigo Pascual), a boy who harbors a secret crush on his best friend Maria (Julia Barretto). But before he can tell her his real feelings for her, he got into an accident and fell into a coma. Can all four of them find the "happy ending" that each one of them has been hoping for?
A realistic, but feel good movie that proves JaDine has what it takes to be serious actors and not just a "pa-cute" love team.
The two jell and their onscreen tandem is one of the most electrifying pairs there is.
The story written by Marcelo Santos III is perfect for them and in his story Nikko(James Reid) and Becca(Nadine Lustre) are REAL people and their fictitious counterparts are Ryan(Iñigo Pascual) and Maria(Julia Barretto) who both did great too. Both Pascual and Barretto are progenies of very good artists, if not great, but both have proven that they are more than their parents' children.
You also cannot discount the acting abilities of Jourdanne Castillo, Paul Jake Castillo, Shy Carlos, Issa Pressman, AJ Muhlach, Lander Vera Perez, Teresa Loyzaga, Jackielou Blanco and Cherie Gil, among others, gave the main characters great acting support. Their team effort(including the main characters) helped Andoy Ranay and his crew make Marcelo Santos III's story into a beautiful movie.
Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone is given other chances to make up for them, and this is what the story is all about...or should I say stories? ;-)
Para sa Hopeless Romantic is indeed for the Hopeless Romantic, but it is also for the cynical.
Barbie and Her "Kens" (A Dollywood Title) #TeamYuan #KenBie My bubble was burst when the last scene after the credits was shown. JEYA (Jai, Ethan, Yuan and Andoy) just woke up from a heavy night and they were wondering what happened then in big bold letters this was shown on the TV screen: Ano nga ba? SOON! Ngarks. I was already very happy that BARBIE (Forteza as Billie Bendiola) and KEN (Chan as Yuan Lee or Lee Yuan) ended up together. I even shouted it out via FB(viewed by Friends of Friends) then as I was enjoying the after credits scenes, the very last one was that messy pool scene. Everything was just a dream! Come on! I know it's fiction, but to play with our emotions like that? That is such BS. If I only knew that they'd do that, I would've finished Father Rio's send off party. :-p It's different when people wake up from a nightmare, but my goolai. Why did they have to make it a dream? If they want Barbie(at least h
How do I describe this movie without giving spoilers? Hmm. Let me think. Ah, I think I know how. Directed by Gino M. Santos Written by Jeff Stelton and Keiko Aquino Loosely based on or inspired by the Wattpad sensation by youramnesiagirl of the same title, is a story of finding your self worth and about living. It's also about relationships not of the romantic kind and about responsibility. This movie is NOT all about sex. There's more to it than that . It also doesn't stereotype med reps and doctors. Things like these happen whatever profession or non-profession you are in, and even if there are people like that in real life, we must believe that there are more people who live life with integrity(listen to Carmi Martin's lines somewhere in the movie), so please don't be scared to watch this. This movie is about loving, losing, sacrificing, being selfless et cetera, et cetera . It's about many things, and sex is just a part
Source JC Bonnin, William Martinez, Raymond Lauchengco, Aga Muhlach and Herbert Bautista Directed by Maryo J. Delos Reyes Written by Jake Tordesillas Experiencing the forbidden. Experiencing rejection. Hating your parents. Hating the world around you. Discovering what's hot. Discovering what's cool. Discovering your first true love. Discovering who you are. Growing up can be such a wild time. But not when you've got the best guys to hang out with. Five chaste young men immerse themselves in the superficialities and superfluity of adolescence over the course of their last year in high school. But as they make their gradual transition from boyhood to manhood, they realize it is their formidable bond that stands as the real deal. Starring a generation that gave rise to a new youth culture.-imdb My mind seems to be playing tricks on me. I just can't believe that these two movies were shown the same year, but if that is the case, then 1984 was filled wi
