Mark Felt:The Man Who Brought the Whitehouse Down (2017) PG

Gerald Ford was the President when I first memorized, The Pledge of Allegiance(the 1954 version).  These were events when I was already alive, but knew nothing of.  Events before Mr. Ford became President, thanks to Washington Post's DEEP THROAT(Mark Felt).

Dad was feeling bad because of one of the companies where we could not talk to the people involved face to face, so he said, "Let's watch a movie."  We looked for a movie that was not going to make me late for a commitment and something that could make us relax.  The only one that fitted our schedule was MARK FELT and of course, I think most of us know by now that MARK FELT is Deep Throat or should I say "was"? Well, it may be in the past, but he is indeed Deep Throat.  May he and his wife Audrey rest in peace.

The film has a good believable cast, thanks to its casting directors Lindsay Graham and Mary Vernieu.  It's just sad this was not marketed well in this country.

‘Mark Felt’ Deep Throat biopic disproves this one Watergate scandal myth

It's also great to get the facts straight(pls. click the link above) because it's based on Mark Felt and John D. O'Connor's book(s) brought to life on the big screen by the writer/director Peter Landesman.

The movie gave us more than a bird's eye view.  It made us really experience what was going on like we were there working for the FBI, a not so innocent bystander or a friend of the Felts.

We felt every emotion and our eyes were wide open.  There was more to Deep Throat than meets the eye.

Kudos to the cast, crew and everyone else involved in this film!
