Wish mo lang na mutual ang feelings niyo Oh no there’s more to life than love Pag hindi ka crush ng crush mo Life is fun but you just gotta find out how We watched the movie without expecting anything.  Maybe we did.  In our thoughts it would be the typical ugly duckling turn into swan story about the record company's savior, Sandy Veloso...something like what Sarah Geronimo's character did in those movies she was paired with John Lloyd Cruz. 

Dad, even if he admired Kim Chiu and Xian Lim very much, because of the trailer, which I liked by the way, did not want to jump the bandwagon, but after some prodding, watched it with us anyway.

We enjoyed every minute of it. It was not a mere physical metamorphosis story. Even with all the humor, it has substance and inner searching.  Yes, the story was "old" and the ending might have been "expected" but there are a few scenes that are not so predictable, especially to those who were not able to read the book...people like us(Later, we found out that Carmi Raymundo's script was her original concept and was only based on Ramon Bautista's advises).

When the movie was over my dad said, "Not bad...not bad at all. I like it!" 

What did I think? I love it! I even watched it a second time with my friends(PILE) and a third time with another friend(each time at ATC). :)

Congratulations to everyone.  All your parts were vital and without the bit players, the stars won't shine, so all of you are important. Yes, crew, I'm congratulating you too.  

Mr. Ramon Bautista, this is a great concept.  You are really funny, but patama.   All the best!
